These Terms apply to the GunMaster mobile application.
1. Publisher and acceptance

By using GunMaster you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 to use the app.
2. About GunMaster
GunMaster is a personal record-keeping and statistics application for shooting activity, intended in particular for sport shooters, collectors and other firearm users.
It allows you to keep an inventory of firearms, ammunition and accessories, log shooting activity, and review the related information and statistics.
GunMaster works offline and requires no account. Data about your collection and activity is stored locally on your device.
3. Requirements
GunMaster runs on Android 7.0 (API level 24) or newer. The app is available for Android only.
No internet connection is needed for ordinary use of the app.
An internet connection is needed to purchase a Premium subscription and to verify its status.
A Google account and Google Play services are required to buy and manage a Premium subscription. Without them, you can use GunMaster's free features.
4. Local data and backups
Data about your collection is stored locally on your device.
We do not keep a cloud copy of your collection and have no way to recover data that is lost from the device.
GunMaster lets you create manual backups. If you want to protect your data against loss of the device or deletion of the app or its data, you should create backups yourself and keep them somewhere safe.
Encrypted backups are protected by a password you choose. We do not know that password and cannot recover it.

5. Free version and Premium
GunMaster can be used without a paid subscription.
The free version lets you keep your collection and use the features included in the free scope shown in the app.
A Premium subscription extends the logging of new events — shooting sessions, cleanings, malfunctions, purchases, ammunition stock corrections and accessory mounts — to every item in your collection, however large it grows.
Ending a Premium subscription does not delete or hide data already saved in the app. Existing entries stay available and editable. Only features that require an active Premium subscription may be limited, as set out in the app.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Google Play.
Before purchase you will see the current price, the billing period and the Premium features included in the offer.
Unless a particular offer states otherwise, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until it is cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play. Cancelling normally prevents the next renewal, and Premium access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
Uninstalling GunMaster does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
The subscription price may change for future billing periods. You will be notified of a price change through Google Play, in accordance with that platform's rules. A change does not apply to a period that has already been paid for.
Payments, refunds and billing are handled in accordance with Google Play rules and applicable law.
7. Using GunMaster
GunMaster is licensed to the user, not sold.
You may not:
- distribute unauthorized or modified copies of GunMaster
- bypass or manipulate the subscription mechanisms to obtain paid functionality without authorization
Your own records, notes, photos and the backups you create remain yours.
8. Updates and changes
We may update GunMaster, among other things to fix bugs, improve the app's security and performance, add or improve features, maintain compatibility with Android and Google Play, or adapt the app to legal or technical changes.
Future versions of GunMaster may require a newer version of Android.
We may also stop developing or distributing the app. Ceasing to publish updates does not in itself delete data already present on a user's device. We do not, however, guarantee that versions of GunMaster that are no longer updated will remain compatible with future versions of Android, Google Play or devices.
Changes affecting paid functionality and consumer rights will be made in accordance with applicable law.
9. Problems and complaints
If GunMaster does not work correctly, Premium access is not recognized or you have another complaint concerning the app, contact us at [email protected].
We will handle complaints in accordance with applicable law.
Issues concerning Google Play billing itself or your Google account may need to be handled directly with Google Play.
10. Liability
We are responsible for GunMaster as required by applicable law.
If you are a consumer, you have the rights concerning the conformity of digital content or a digital service with the contract that follow from applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We are not responsible for problems arising solely from the operation of, or changes to, your device, Android, Google Play or other services outside our control, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where justified by changes to GunMaster, to the way the service is provided, to Google Play, to the technical services used, or to applicable law.
We do not keep accounts, and we hold no contact details for users that would let us notify anyone of a change individually. The current version of these Terms and its effective date are always available on this page. A link to this page is also available in the app.
Changes will not remove rights already acquired by users where applicable law does not allow this. A subscription period you have already paid for is governed by the Terms in force on the day of purchase.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
